At Rimobit Infotech, we strive for 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, we maintain the following refund policies:
- Consultation & Planning Fees: Non-refundable once service begins.
- Project Cancellation by Client:
- If canceled before project initiation, a full refund (minus transaction fees) will be issued.
- If canceled after project initiation, refund will be based on the work completed.
- Digital Products (Designs, Code, Deliverables): Non-refundable once delivered.
- Service Dissatisfaction: We encourage revisions as per agreed terms. Refunds will only be considered if services were not delivered as promised.
