2. Payments

• All payments must be made as per agreed milestones or invoices.
• Delay in payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and content created by us remain the intellectual property of Rimobit Infotech until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client (except third-party tools/software).

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials to ensure successful project completion.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
